MEETING NOTICE

Notice is hereby given that the Arena Plan Commission and the Arena Town Board will meet on Monday, June 6, 2005 at 7:00pm at the Arena Town Hall. The agenda will include the following:

Discussion and possible action on:

1. Betty Peterson - land divisions

2. Sue Mellum – parcel reconfiguration proposal

3. Mitsy Jeffrey – building permit

4. Mike & Candy Morrow – mobile home replacement

5. Ed Weaver – driveway permit off CTH K

6. Patricia Ring – rezoning from A1 to Ag Conservancy

7. Ed Meier – rezoning from A1 to Ag Conservancy

8. Rick Hanson – driveway permit off Roberts Rd

9. John and Vern Halverson - conditional use request for property

on Coon Rock Road, driveway permit

10. Jack White – rezoning and land division on Hwy 14 (Earl White

property)

11. Bill Gauger – rezoning, conditional use for storage units

12. Steve Sawle – rezoning to RB1 (recreation business), conditional

use for ag land and planned unit development

13. Russ Frame – building permit requirement

14. Standards for planned unit development

Review and discussion of Arena Long Range Plan

Any other business that may come legally before the Commission
