Notice is hereby given that the Arena Plan Commission and the Arena Town Board will meet on Tuesday, September 6, 2005 at 7:00pm at the Arena Town Hall. The agenda will include the following.

1. Larry Topper – driveway and building permit Blynn Rd

2. Wayne Schutte – conditional use change

3. Mary Lee Anding – conditional use request

4. Pamela Lunder – agent for Peterson Farms, land division and driveway

permits

5. Bill Peterson – building permit

6. Larry Keister – building permit

7. Doug Anderson – rezoning, conditional use request

9. Review and discussion – Arena Comprehensive Plan

10. Any other business that may come legally before the Board
