B. Rick Hanson - driveway permit

C. Jack Tredinnick - rezoning of 20.35 acres to AR1

9. Discussion and possible action for abandoning a portion of Foster Road

10. Dee Swenson - Plan Commission appointment

11. Discussion and possible action on amendments to the Town of Arena Comprehensive Plan

12. Request by Larry Anding to extend rezoning requirements by 6 months

13. Motion to move to closed session to discuss personnel matters

14. Motion to return to open session

15. Adjournment
