C. Marko Baxter - driveway & building permit

D. Sue Mellum - building permit

E. Roger Creasey - rezoning ½ acre from A1 to AR1

F. Vern Halverson - rezoning 6.61 acres from A1 to AR1, driveway permit

G. Nate Parrell - rezoning 40.5 acres from A1 to B3 and C1 with conditional uses for machine shop, equipment repair, office rental, inside boat/vehicle storage, auction house and residential site on B3 and ag use on C1

H. Bill Buckeridge - conditional use for a land division retaining existing conditional uses 2 acres indoor saw mill & storage, 3 acres storage

10. Ellen Hohenstein - fireworks permit
