ARENA PLAN COMMISSION

MEETING NOTICE

Notice is hereby given that the Arena Plan Commission and the Arena Town Board will meet on Monday, May 1, 2006 at 7:00pm at the Arena Town Hall. The agenda will include the following.

1. Logan Rue / Kerin Zimpel - building permit

2. Mike Bricco - subdivision map

3. Nate Parrell - rezoning 40.5 acres from A1 to B3 and C1 with conditional

uses for machine shop, equipment repair, office rental, inside boat/vehicle

storage, auction house and residential site affiliated with the business on

B3 and ag use on C1

4. Vern Halverson - rezoning 6.61 acres from A1 to AR1

5. Robert Wolf - driveway permit

6. Guy McCutchin - rezoning

7. Roger Emerson - rezoning 5 acre parcel to AR1

8. Dean Swenson - address committee on density issue

9. Discussion of residential density survey results

10. Any other business that may come legally before the Board
