ARENA PLAN COMMISSION

MEETING NOTICE

Notice is hereby given that the Arena Plan Commission and the Arena Town Board will meet on Monday, June 5, 2006 at 7:00pm at the Arena Town Hall. The agenda will include the following.

1. Dan Lucey - rezone 18 acres from A1 and B1 to AR1

2. Ingmar Nelson - extension of building and driveway permit

3. Sue Mellum - building permit

4. Tim Draxler - driveway permit

5. Dan Jackson - driveway and building permit

6. Guy McCutcheon - rezone 5.01 acres from A1 & B3 to AR1

7. Nate Parrell - rezoning 40.5 acres from A1 to B3 and C1 with conditional

uses for machine shop, equipment repair, office rental, inside boat/vehicle

storage, auction house and residential site affiliated with the business on

B3 and ag use on C1

8. Hartung Brothers, Inc - rezone 48.11 acres from A1 to B4 with conditional

uses for the operation of an ethanol plant to manufacture ethanol and

related by-products, driveway permit

9. Any other business that may come legally before the Board
