ARENA PLAN COMMISSION

MEETING NOTICE

Notice is hereby given that the Arena Plan Commission and the Arena Town Board will meet on Tuesday, February 5, 2007 at 7:00pm at the Arena Town Hall. The agenda will include the following.

1. Ingmar Nelson- extension of building permit

2. Dennis Arneson- building permit

3. David Sems - rezone parcel on CTH K from A-1 to AR-1

4. David and Kelly Sems - land division, parcel on CTH K

5. Dennis Halverson - land division, and rezoning, parcel on CTH K from A-1 and R-1 to AR-1

6. Elaine Albrecht - land division and rezone 5 acres from A-1 to AR-1 on Blynn Road

7. Bill and Minnie Gauger - rezone land division on 5 acres

8. Richard Peck - variance on setback off Peck Road

9. Public comment period
