B. Larry Anding - rezone of 5-6 acres from A-1 to AR-1

C. John Rasmussen - land division and rezone

D. Pam and Scott Gauger - building and driveway permit

12. Appointment of Plan Commission Members

13. Motion to move to closed session - personnel matters

14. Motion to return to open session
