ARENA TOWN BOARD

MEETING NOTICE

 

            Notice is hereby given that the Arena Town Board will meet on Monday, June 11, 2007 at 7:00pm at the Arena Town Hall.  The agenda will include the following.

 

1.         Call to Order

2.         Roll Call

3.         Verification of proper public notice

4.         Approval of minutes from previous meeting

5.         Bills and Communications

6.         Public comment period

7.         Liquor license renewals

8.         Bill Buckridge - zoning of sawmill

9.         Wayne Schutte - conditional use permit for horses on property

10.       Discussion about tractor from Hennessey's Implement. A representative from                                    Case/New Holland will be at the meeting.

11.       Discussion of hiring Bob Murphy as an advisor for the township

12.       Set a date for the board of review (June 27th or later)

13.       Adjournment
