MEETING NOTICE

Notice is hereby given that the Arena Plan Commission and the Arena Town Board will meet on Monday, November 5, 2007 at 7:00pm at the Arena Town Hall. The agenda will include the following.

1. Tom Porter - Conditional use permit & zoning to M1

2. Wally Rose, Gary Ringelstetter - Land division

3. Rand Schott - Driveway and building permit

4. Public comment period

5. Phil Roberts - land division, rezone

6. Lunder Law, Peterson Valley Spring Farm - land division & rezone

7. Marko Baxter & Tom Monk - rezone
