ARENA PLAN COMMISSION

MEETING NOTICE

Notice is hereby given that the Arena Plan Commission and the Arena Town Board will meet on Monday, December 35, 2007 at 7:00pm at the Arena Town Hall. The agenda will include the following.

1. Spring Valley Inn, John Rasmussen - conditional use

2. Tom Porter - Conditional use permit & zoning to B2

3. Lunder Law, Peterson Valley Spring Farm - land division & rezone

4. Halverson's - rezone of parcel on Hwy 14 for commercial use

5. Ordinance for Bit-O-Green Community concerning personal property taxes 6. Public comment period
