ARENA PLAN COMMISSION

MEETING NOTICE

Notice is hereby given that the Arena Plan Commission and the Arena Town Board will meet on Monday, March 3, 2008 at 7:00 pm at the Arena Town Hall. The agenda will include the following.

1. Ordinance for Bit-O-Green Community concerning personal property taxes, discuss what the new mill rate would be

2. James Berterang - considering the purchase of the Valley Motors car lot on Hwy 14. Questions about conditional uses regarding the number of cars allowed on the lot.

3. Steve Sawle, Falmouth Farms & Stables - land division, subdivision

4. Public comment period
