7. Ordinance for Bit-O-Green Community concerning personal property taxes, discuss what the new mill rate would be

8. James Berterang - considering the purchase of the Valley Motors car lot on Hwy 14. Questions about conditional uses regarding the number of cars allowed on the lot.
