ARENA PLAN COMMISSION

MEETING NOTICE

 

 

 

            Notice is hereby given that the Arena Plan Commission and the Arena Town Board will meet on Monday, April 7, 2008 at 7:00 pm at the Arena Town Hall.  The agenda will include the following.

 

 

 

1. James Berterang - considering the purchase of the Valley Motors car lot on Hwy 14. Questions about conditional uses regarding the number of cars allowed on the lot.

 

2. Steve Sawle, Falmouth Farms & Stables - land division, subdivision

  

3. Kelly Meuer - Building Permit for 5779 Blue Ridge Rd.

 

4. John Halverson - Lake Wisconsin Land Co. in Section 14, T8N, R5E.  This is the former Grant Jones farm.  The WDNR is purchasing a parcel less than 40 acres adjacent to Blue Mounds Creek and North of HWY 14 and South of the former railroad tracks.  This parcel needs to be zoned to Conservancy.  The remaining parcel North of HWY 14 and South of the former railroad tracks contains the existing farm buildings and is less than 40 acres, thus it will be rezoned to AR-1.  The WDNR is also purchasing a parcel North of the former railroad tracks and this will require a land division.  John will be representing the parties involved at the meeting.

 

5.   John Halverson - Land owned by Janeen Ashbacher in Section 1, T7N, R1E.  This will be to straighten up some boundary overlaps and gaps with adjacent land owners which will require a rezone of her 38 acres and possibly a small portion of land owned by Kendall Wilkinson and also the 2 acres owned by James Roelke.  This would be a rezone, but no land division because it involves adjacent landowners.  John will help represent owners involved at the meeting.

 

6.   Evy Halverson - Driveway Permit for property along Hwy 14
