MEETING NOTICE

 

            Notice is hereby given that the Arena Town Board will meet on Monday, April 14, 2008 at 7:00pm at the Arena Town Hall.  The agenda will include the following.

 

1.                  Call to Order

2.                  Roll Call

3.                  Verification of proper public notice

4.                  Approval of minutes from previous meeting

5.                  Public comment period

6.                  Traci Halverson - Mobile home ordinance questions

7.                  Jason Schluter - Driveway easement for Bennett Road

8.                  Jim Corcoran - Statements about seal coating Fritz Road

9.                  Steve Sawle, Falmouth Farms & Stables - Land Division

10.             John Halverson - Lake Wisconsin Land Co. in Section 14, T8N, R5E.  3 land divisions and 1 rezone

11.             John Halverson - Rezone, land owned by Janeen Ashbacher in Section 1, T7N, R1E,

12.             Evy Halverson - Driveway permit and rezone to R1 for land along Hwy 14

13.             Open road bids for 2008

14.             Consider the Joint resolution to the DNR to resume their regulation of sewer extension requests

15.             Appoint two plan commission members - Wayne Schutte & John Wright's terms are up for renewal

16.             Decide on a date for the 2008 township clean sweep

17.             Set date for Board of Review

18.             Bills and Communications
