ARENA PLAN COMMISSION

MEETING NOTICE

Notice is hereby given that the Arena Plan Commission and the Arena Town Board will meet on Monday, May 5, 2008 at 7:00 pm at the Arena Town Hall. The agenda will include the following.

1. Connie Stancer representing Mike Peterson & James Berterang - considering the purchase of the Valley Motors car lot on Hwy 14. Questions about conditional uses regarding the number of cars allowed on the lot.

2. Steve Sawle, Falmouth Farms & Stables - land division, subdivision

3. Discuss procedures for applicants getting on the agenda and filling out forms.

4. Kelly Meuer - 5779 Blue Ridge Road - building permit

5. Michael & Candice Morrow - rezone and variance

6. Public comment period
