ARENA PLAN COMMISSION

MEETING NOTICE

Notice is hereby given that the Arena Plan Commission and the Arena Town Board will meet on Monday, October 6, 2008 at 7:00 pm at the Arena Town Hall. The agenda will include the following.

1. Discuss the implementation of sunset clauses on permits

2. Carol Murphy - land division and rezone

3. John Halverson - rezone and land division for Lake Wisconsin property

4. Ted McCutchin representing Armeta McCutchin - rezone and land division

5. Bill Gauger - conditional use permit to store sand on property

6. Public comment period
