ARENA PLAN COMMISSION

MEETING NOTICE

Notice is hereby given that the Arena Plan Commission and the Arena Town Board will meet on Monday, November 3, 2008 at 7:00 pm at the Arena Town Hall. The agenda will include the following.

1. Discuss the implementation of sunset clauses on permits

2. Chris Cervantes home size on Helena Road

3. Valley Motors car lot owner, James Berterang, does not need an additional conditional use permit for the property

4. Bill & Minnie Gauger - building permit

5. Public comment period
