ARENA PLAN COMMISSION

MEETING NOTICE

Notice is hereby given that the Arena Plan Commission and the Arena Town Board will meet on Monday, April 6, 2009 at 7:00 pm at the Arena Town Hall. The agenda will include the following.

1. Fred & Julie Marti - Building permit request and rezone if needed. 6002 Hwy HH

2. Harrington Brothers - discussion about an old issue on Knight Hollow Road

3. Don Macie & Bonnie Sweeney - 7439 Timberline Road, rezone to AR-1

4. Evy Halverson - potential buyer, Gary Ringelstetter, of a 1.9 acre parcel of record wants to use the land for a ultra light plane runway. Parcel is on the edge of the village limits next to River Road. Needs a conditional use permit and rezoning.
