Notice is hereby given that the Arena Town Board will meet on Monday, April 13, 2009 at 7:00pm at the Arena Town Hall. The agenda will include the following.

3. Verification of proper public notice

4. Approval of minutes from previous meeting

5. Public comment period

6. Fred & Julie Marti - Building and driveway permit, rezone and land division for 6002 Hwy HH

7. Town Officers take oath of office

8. Appoint one new Plan Commission members

9. Hire a new garbage/recycling attendant

10. Harrington Brothers - approve land division from 2001 on Knight Hollow Road

11. Pass a resolution for a 2010 Census?

12. Bills and Communications

13. Adjournment
