ARENA PLAN COMMISSION

MEETING NOTICE

Notice is hereby given that the Arena Plan Commission and the Arena Town Board will meet on Monday, June 01, 2009 at 7:00 pm at the Arena Town Hall. The agenda will include the following.

1. Robert Amble- parcel on Roberts Road needs rezoned from A1-AR1. It is a 7.57 acre parcel that was established in 1979.

2. Bill & Minnie Gauger - rezone permit

3. Gauger Salvage - discussion about the truck route change that the Village of Arena implemented

4. Evy Halverson - Ewers company wants to crush blacktop on site and then it will be removed for driveways etc. - a conditional use permit is needed

5. Public comment period

6. Open discussion time
