ARENA TOWN BOARD

MEETING NOTICE

Notice is hereby given that the Arena Town Board will meet on Monday, June 8, 2009 at 7:00pm at the Arena Town Hall. The agenda will include the following.

1. Call to Order

2. Roll Call

3. Verification of proper public notice

4. Approval of minutes from previous meeting

5. Robert Amble- parcel on Roberts Road needs rezoned from A1-AR1. It is a 7.57 acre parcel that was established in 1979.

6. Bill & Minnie Gauger - land division permit and removal of the conditional use permit

7. Discussion about the truck route change that the Village of Arena implemented

8. Evy Halverson - Ewers company wants to crush blacktop on site and then it will be removed for driveways etc. - a conditional use permit is needed

9. Approve Liquor and Operator's licenses

10. Public comment period

11. Bills and Communications

12. Adjournment
