ARENA PLAN COMMISSION

MEETING NOTICE

Notice is hereby given that the Arena Plan Commission and the Arena Town Board will meet on Monday, July 6, 2009 at 7:00 pm at the Arena Town Hall. The agenda will include the following.

2. Jeff & Connie McVay -vacate alley in Helena

3. Vern & Evy Halverson - refund of conditional use permit fee?

4. Rand Schott- conditional use permit for a wind generator and a driveway permit for 6690 Amacher Hollow

5. Brent Duhr - Building Permit on Hwy K

6. Fred & Julie Marti - question concerning 30 acre lot, 6002 Hwy HH

7. John Halverson & Ron Kerr, Black Earth State Bank - Discussion about Chandlers and right of way

8. Erin Bowe & Robert Wolf - 5615 Blue Ridge Road - Building permit

9. Randy Pittman - rezone & land division on Hwy H

10. Bobby Rodemaker - rezone permit
