ARENA PLAN COMMISSION

MEETING NOTICE

Notice is hereby given that the Arena Plan Commission and the Arena Town Board will meet on Monday, August 3, 2009 at 7:00 pm at the Arena Town Hall. The agenda will include the following.

1. Bill Gauger - refund of conditional use permit for sand

2. Brent Duhr - DBA SRB Properties - rezone and driveway permit and building permit for 5791 Hwy K

3. Discuss the building permit and driveway permit process at the Town level

4. Rand Schott - driveway permit and conditional use permit for wind generator

5. Discussion on Helena platting

6. Public comment period

7. Open discussion time
