ARENA PLAN COMMISSION

MEETING NOTICE

Notice is hereby given that the Arena Plan Commission and the Arena Town Board will meet on Tuesday, September 1, 2009 at 7:00 pm at the Arena Town Hall. The agenda will include the following.

1. Bill Gauger - refund of conditional use permit for sand

2. Jeff & Connie McVay - Helena platting

3. Discuss the building permit and driveway permit process at the Town level

4. Rand Schott - driveway permit and conditional use permit for wind generator

5. Dave Moore - Driveway permit

6. John Halverson - Word a resolution for Baxter Lane for State and DOT approval

7. David Giffey - driveway on Amacher Hollow Road

8. Public comment period

9. Open discussion time
