ARENA PLAN COMMISSION

MEETING NOTICE

Notice is hereby given that the Arena Plan Commission and the Arena Town Board will meet on Monday, November 2, 2009 at 7:00 pm at the Arena Town Hall. The agenda will include the following.

1. Rand Schott - building permit

2. Brent Duhr, Building permit, Driveway permit, rezone

3. Jerome Glowacki - 5 acre rezone and land division to AR1, Frame Road

4. Tom Dechant - driveway permit

5. Rick Peterson - building permit along Hwy 14, rezone?

6. Ingmar Nelson - rezone and land division

7. Dick Keene - building permit on Hwy H and Erdman Rd.

8. Bob Muphy - refund of rezoning fee

8. Discuss rezoning and land division processes in the Township

9. Public comment period

10. Open discussion time
