ARENA TOWN BOARD

MEETING NOTICE

 

            Notice is hereby given that the Arena Town Board will meet on Monday, August  08, 2011 at 7:00pm at the Arena Town Hall.  The agenda will include the following.

 

1.                  Call to Order

2.                  Roll Call

3.                  Verification of proper public notice

4.                  Approval of minutes from previous meeting

      5.         Spring Valley Inn - operators license renewals

      6.         Bill & Minnie Gauger - conditional use permit to sell new & used           auto parts and double number of cars stored

      7.         Peterson Estate & David Moore - property fencing issue

      8.         Do the town board members need to be present at the plan commission meetings?

      9.         Patrolmen - review their contract?

           10.      Public comment period

11.      Bills and Communications
