The undersigned hereby makes application for a building permit for the premises described herein. The undersigned agrees that all work shall be done in accordance with the requirements of the Town of Arena Land Use Guidance System, all applicable Iowa County Ordinances and the Laws and Regulations of the State of Wisconsin. County permits along with the Township permits will be required.

Minimum home width: 24 feet

Minimum living space: 1000 square feet, exclusive of garage or storage areas

Roof: Minimum 3:12 slope with 8 inch eave attached to entire perimeter of structure

Foundation: Permanent

Dwelling Code: Home must meet State of Wisconsin One Family Dwelling Code
