The undersigned hereby makes application for a driveway permit for the premises described herein. The undersigned agrees that all work shall be done in accordance with the requirements of the Town of Arena Land Use Guidance System, all applicable Iowa County Ordinances and the Laws and Regulations of the State of Wisconsin. The driveway must be able to comply with all current Town of Arena and Iowa County standards when home construction starts. The driveway must be completed by the time the home is occupied.

Minimum road surface width: 12 feet (one user); 16 feet (multi-users)

Minimum width clearance: 24 feet

Minimum height clearance: 18 feet

Maximum grade: 10%

Pull-offs: One 25 foot long and 18 foot wide road segment for each 300 foot of driveway

Slope from public road: Minimum of 1% and maximum of 5%

Culvert in ditch line of public road: Minimum 18” or as defined by the Town Board

Abutting public road: 20’x20’ perpendicular

Erosion control: 3x1 maximum slope

Minimum surface material: 6 inches of 3/4inch gravel

Minimum curve radius: 40 foot

Boundary: Maximum 50 foot
