Town of Arena – Regular Meeting

January 10, 2005

PRESENT: Bob Murphy, Bill Gauger, Dave Lucey, Laurie Ziebarth, Minnie Gauger, Louis Carpenter, Dick Lockman, Leo Klosterman

The meeting was called to order. Lucey moved to approve the minutes of the previous meeting, Gauger seconded, motion passed. Gauger moved to pay the bills presented, Lucey seconded, motion carried. Lucey moved to increase the part time wage to $11.60 per hour, Gauger seconded, motion passed. Gauger moved to pay Richard Lockman $16.25 per hour effective January 1, 2005 through December 31, 2005, Lucey seconded, motion carried.

Leo Klosterman was present to offer Iowa County as an option for seal coating township roads. Lucey moved to approve a driveway permit for Terry Carney off Amacher Hollow Road, Gauger seconded, motion passed. Gauger moved to approve rezoning on B3 acreage to AR1 for Barb Bodenstein, Lucey seconded, motion carried.

Mail was read. Specs for the tractor were discussed. Gauger moved to adjourn, Lucey seconded, motion passed.
