Town of Arena – Regular Meeting

February 14, 2005

PRESENT: Bob Murphy, Bill Gauger, Dave Lucey, Laurie Ziebarth, Minnie Gauger, Louis Carpenter, Dick Lockman, Dave Meudt, Bruce Bjorge

The meeting was called to order. Lucey moved to approve the minutes of the previous meeting, Gauger seconded, motion passed. Lucey moved to approve payment of the bills presented, Gauger seconded, motion carried. Mail was read. The annual meeting will be held Tuesday, April 12, 2005 at 7pm.

Tractor bids were reviewed. Bids were received from Ritchie Motors, Hennessey Motors and Mt Horeb Implement. Roads that were breaking up were discussed.

Lucey moved to approve a building permit for Terry Carney on Amacher Hollow Road, Gauger seconded, motion passed. Lucey moved to approve rezoning to AR1 on a 33 acre parcel for Jack Tredinnick, on Blue Ridge Road, Gauger seconded, motion carried. Lucey moved to approve operator’s licenses for Leisa Lessard and JayneWonn and a temporary operator’s license for Matt Bruzan, Gauger seconded, motion passed.

Gauger moved to adjourn, Lucey seconded, motion carried.
