Town of Arena – Regular Meeting

March 14, 2005

PRESENT: Bob Murphy, Bill Gauger, Dave Lucey, Laurie Ziebarth, Minnie Gauger, Louis Carpenter, Dick Lockman, Dave Meudt, Larry from Hennessey Motors

The meeting was called to order. Lucey moved to approve the minutes of the previous meeting, Gauger seconded, motion passed. Gauger moved to approve payment of the bills presented, Lucey seconded, motion carried. Larry from Hennessey Motors presented a bid for the tractor. Mail was read.

Lucey moved to approve the following permits:

Gary Viney – building permit on Foster Rd

Fredericka Schilling – building permit on Roelke Rd

James Foster – two driveway permits on Zwettler Rd

Jim Corcoran – driveway permit on Mellum Rd

Gauger seconded, motion carried.

The clean sweep was tentatively scheduled for Saturday, May 14. It was decided town roads should be viewed this year to determine what road work should be done. Tractor bids were reviewed. More research will be done before a decision on which tractor to purchase is made.

Lucey moved to adjourn, Gauger seconded, motion passed.
