The
meeting was called to order. Schutte moved to approve the minutes of the April 4
meeting; Lucey seconded, motion passed.
1. Joe and Carol Hodgson will be building a home off
2. Schutte moved to grant a driveway
permit for Logan Rue on
3. Steve Sawle presented more details
on the planned unit development Equestrian Community. The second driveway into the property was discussed, the fire department is alright with one access
road to the development. Another
proposal was presented to divide the land into 40 acre parcels for home
sites. Questions were raised about motorized
vehicles on the trails, forestry/wildlife plans and drainage concerns.
4. Derek and Heather Schmitz would like to build a home off
5. Onsite inspection for a driveway for Vern/John Halverson off
6. Changes to
A. Use county
definition for a farm
B. Change preserve the family farm to preserve rural atmosphere
Public proposed changes to be researched:
C. Add an
option to allow someone who has owned acreage for 20 years
to
build on a 2 acre parcel
D. Change
density standard to 1 per 20
E. Change
number of users on a driveway
