The
meeting was called to order. Lucey moved to approve the minutes of the June 6 meeting;
Gauger seconded, motion passed.
1. Pamela Lunder, receiver for
Peterson’s Valley Spring Farm, is working to dissolve the corporation for the
farm. She presented concept maps to
divide the farm. Parcels A, D, E and F
on the north side would be the first to be sold. It was determined the farm was 482 acres in
1985 and was eligible for 12 building sites.
Four building sites are currently used, two
homes on the farm, and the Reeve and Doescher
homes. An on-site inspection for the driveways on
the north side of Amacher Hollow will be set up in
the next couple of weeks.
2. Lois Artz would like to divide 5.7
acres from the farm property around the gift shop. One acre around the gift shop is currently
zoned B2 highway business. Artz has also had people inquire about using the existing
barn for a business. The Commission
stated it would be beneficial to adjoin the current gift shop land with the
existing buildings for the 5.7 acres.
