OTHERS:  Laurie Ziebarth, Mark Hottmann, Steve Sawle, Terry Denruiter, Traci Halverson, Rick Hanson, Tom Foster

The meeting was called to order.  Lucey moved to approve the minutes of the October 3 meeting as corrected; Anding seconded, motion passed.

1.         Steve Sawle presented a proposal for signage on Falmouth Farms.  Sawle was told to check with the Iowa County Planning Office to see what regulations were required for signage of this type.

2.         Traci Halverson would like to rezone the Bit-O-Green mobile home park, 13.05 acres, from A1 and B2 to R3, Mobile Home/Manufactured Home District.  The roadways, lighting and greenbelt in the mobile home park have also been questioned by Iowa County.  Lucey moved to approve rezoning to R3, Mobile Home/Manufactured Home District with the stipulation that the frontage driveway be increased to 24 feet with a gravel surface, Schutte seconded, motion passed.

3.         Rick Hanson plans to rezone 35 acres to AR1 off Roberts Road which contains an existing home site, his parent's home, and a driveway to his home.  Schutte moved to approve rezoning on this 35 acre parcel to AR1 and to approve a land division on this parcel pending receiving the certified survey, Murphy seconded, motion carried.

4.         Tom Foster informed the group about his plan to abandon 300 feet at the end of Foster Road.  Foster questioned if a home was built at the old home site on the existing driveway if a driveway permit is needed.  The Commission agreed that a driveway permit would not be needed in the future if a home is built on the site, if the existing driveway is used and brought up to town standards.

5.         Murphy presented a number of concerns from the Iowa County Planning Office on the Town of Arena Comprehensive Plan.  It was decided that "from the date of mobile home removal" should be added after six months in #5 under Residential Development.

6.         Discussion followed concerning appointments to the Plan Commission.  The resolution establishing the Town of Arena Planning Commission stated the members are appointed to three year terms.

The next meeting will be held Monday, December 5, 2005 at 7:00pm at the Town Hall.  Anding moved to adjourn, Lucey seconded, motion passed.
