The
meeting was called to order. Schutte
moved to approve the minutes of the January 3, 2006 meeting, Hottmann seconded,
motion passed.
1. Vern Halverson explained that the building
permit he applied for at the January meeting for a 12 acre parcel off
2. Mary Lee Anding was present to apply for a
conditional use to rent out space at their shop buildings for inside truck
storage. The original conditional use in
the B3 zoning includes a service garage for semi-trailers and trucks. Schutte moved to add a conditional use to the
B4 zoning to allow for inside rental storage, Denruiter seconded, motion
passed.
3. Ron Berg requested rezoning and a land
division on a 5 acre parcel off CTH HH currently owned by Nick and Roxanne
Hull. The Offer to Purchase states Berg
is allowed to purchase a 5 acre site to build a home on within 18 months of the
sale. The new owner opposes the
rezoning. Anding moved to approve the
land division and rezoning to AR1 on 5.001 acres contingent upon the land being
owned by Ron Berg, Hottmann seconded, motion carried.
4. Steve Sawle presented the final alignment for
the twenty one home sites for the Falmouth Farms Planned Unit Development. Each new home site is between 2.01 and 2.4
acres. Schutte moved to accept the plat
for the home sites as presented, Schmidt seconded, motion passed. Lucey moved to rezone the twenty one 2 acre
sites from RB1 to AR1 contingent upon county approval, Schutte seconded, motion
carried.
5. Bill Buckeridge requested a two-way rather
than a three-way land division on his property off STH 14 which had been
approved by the Plan Commission in April 2005.
Denruiter moved to approve a land division for a 2 acre and 3 acre
parcel for Bill Buckeridge, Anding seconded, motion passed.
6. Wording for the density survey was
reviewed. One survey will be sent to
each taxpayer household. Surveys may be
requested for those who live in the township that are not taxpayers.

7:00pm at the Town Hall. Lucey moved to
adjourn, Schutte seconded, motion passed.
