The
meeting was called to order. Murphy
reported that the roads in the Falmouth Farms Development will need to be named
for fire numbers. Lucey moved to
approve the minutes of the February 6, 2006 meeting, Denruiter
seconded, motion passed.
1. Fred & Julie Marti presented a proposal
for a 23.5 acre land division off CTH HH with a future building site, leaving
72.5 acres in the original parcel. Anding moved to grant a land division and rezoning from A1
to AR1 for this 23.5 acre parcel, Schutte seconded,
motion passed.
2. Vern Halverson discussed their plans for
parcel splits off
3. Murphy reported that a land division can not
be approved on a parcel with business zoning except by conditional use. Murphy moved to grant a conditional use for a
land division for Bill Buckeridge on his current B2
zoned property, Lucey seconded, motion passed.
4. Nancy Smith, realtor for UW Foundation, sent
a letter inquiring about development on a 110 acre parcel off
5. Wording for the residential density survey
was reviewed. A question was received
regarding if the Plan Commission knew how they would be handling the
responses. The Commission stated no decisions
would be made until responses are received.
6. The Plan Commission Ordinance was
discussed. The Plan Commission
recommends the town board become non-voting members of the commission.
The next meeting will be
held Monday, April 3, 2006 at 7:00pm at the Town Hall. Hottmann moved to
adjourn, Anding seconded, motion passed.
