The
meeting was called to order. Schutte moved to approve the minutes of the March 6, 2006
meeting, Anding seconded, motion passed.
1. Mark Berres applied
for a building permit off
2. John and Anne Forseth
would like to build a new home off
3. J R Stoltz, builder
representing Marko Baxter, was present to apply for building permit for a 22 acre
parcel already rezoned AR1 off Hwy 14. Anding moved to approve a building and driveway permit, Schutte seconded, motion carried.
4. Dave and Sue Mellum
presented the new division between their property off
5. Halverson is trading about ½ acre of land
with Roger Creasey to clear up an old survey
error. Schutte
moved to approve rezoning on this parcel to AR1, Denruiter
seconded, motion carried. Vern Halverson
presented a proposal to rezone 6.61 acres from A1 to AR1 off Hwy 14 (old
Johnson property). Schutte
moved to approve a land division and rezoning on this parcel to AR1, Hottmann seconded, motion passed. Halverson would like a driveway permit to the
75 acre parcel on the property. There is
still a 40 acre parcel remaining from the original acreage. Gauger moved to
approve the driveway permit for Halverson, Hottmann
seconded, motion carried.
6. Phil Roberts is trading about 30 acres with
Don Winch. Roberts will own 56 acres off
CTH HH adjoining land off
7. Greg and Mary Beirne
would like to rezone a 5 acre parcel to AR1 from a 145 acre total parcel. Beirnes will get a
survey completed and bring to a future meeting.
8. Nate and Candy Parrell would like to rezone 40.5 acres from A1 to B3 off
9. Bill Buckeridge applied
for a conditional use for a land division.
Wright moved to approve a land division on Buckeridge's
commercial property with 2 acres indoor saw mill and storage and 3 acres
storage, Denruiter seconded, motion carried.
10. Residential density surveys were
counted. Counts in favor of returning to
one per 40 acres - 194, those in favor of keeping one per 30 acres - 202; 9
were returned without any box selection; 347 surveys were not returned.
The next meeting will be held Monday, May 1, 2006 at
7:00pm at the Town Hall. Schutte moved to adjourn, Anding
seconded, motion passed.
