The meeting was called to order. Denruiter moved to approve the minutes of the October 2, 2006 meeting, Anding seconded, motion passed.

1. Guy Spurley informed the group that a mobile home they own in Helena was destroyed by fire on October 1, 2006. They would like to put a different mobile home on the property. The current wording in the comprehensive plan regarding replacing mobile homes was found to be confusing. It was also noted that a new septic system may be needed due to county regulations and there may be problems with the property being in the flood plain. Schmidt moved to approve the replacement of the mobile home, contingent upon approval at the county level, Anding seconded, motion passed.

2. William Schrader reported that Don Uselman has an easement through the Schrader property. Schrader and Uselman would like to trade .71 acres to allow Uselman to own the easement. Schrader currently owns 5.166 acres. Uselman owns 46.3 acres. Schutte moved to approve rezoning on Schrader's acreage from ag to AR1, Hottmann seconded, motion passed. Halverson reported that Schrader's existing 5.166 and the additional .71 acres will need to be rezoned to AR1 as the parcel was separated in 1979.

3. Murphy reported that Jeremie Cooper had contacted him regarding the delay in getting his home done off Helena Road. The foundation for the home is in. Since the home is substantially started, no new building permit is needed.

The next meeting will be held Monday, December 4, 2006 at 7:00pm at the Town Hall. Anding moved to adjourn, Hottmann seconded, motion passed.
