Town of Arena – Regular Meeting

November 13, 2006

PRESENT: Bill Gauger, Dave Lucey, KayDee Maxwell, Laurie Ziebarth, Minnie Gauger, Louis Carpenter, Dave Meudt, Dick & Mary Lockman, Terry Denruiter

The meeting was called to order. Gauger moved to approve the minutes of the October 9, 2006 meeting, Lucey seconded, motion passed. Gauger moved to pay the bills presented, Lucey seconded, motion carried.

Gauger moved to rezone 5.876 acres from ag to AR1 for William Schrader, TimberlineTrail, Lucey seconded, motion passed.

The new truck will be started this week. Winter preparations were discussed with the patrolmen. The group discussed the plans for the drainage issue off Reimann Road. Murphy is looking for funding for the project. The Village still wants to discuss the Fire Board Agreement and will work with the current agreement for at least 6 months.

The oath of office was given to KayDee Maxwell to be the new town clerk. Lucey moved to adjourn, Gauger seconded, motion passed.
