The
meeting was called to order. Anding moved to approve the minutes of the November 6, 2006
meeting, Denruiter seconded, motion passed.
1. Sue Mellum asked for
an extension of her building permit. She thought they would start building in
May 2007. Hottman motioned to give Mellum till June 1, 2007 to start building. Denruiter seconded, motion passed.
2. Steve
Sawle discussed his plans to sell horse tack.
McFarlane's has agreed to open a small store front for him. The store would be
open to residents and the public. Anding motioned to
give Sawle a conditional use policy to sell horse
tack within the existing facility, 8 X 20 tack room,
upon approval of Bob Murphy checking with Scott Godfrey. Mark Hottman seconded, motion carried.
The next meeting will be
held January 2, 2007 at 7:00pm at the Town Hall. Denruiter moved to
adjourn, Anding seconded, motion passed.
