PRESENT: Bob Murphy, Bill Gauger,

Minnie Gauger, Louis Carpenter, Dave Meudt, Dick & Mary Lockman,

The
meeting was called to order. Lucey moved to approve the minutes of the November 13, 2006
meeting, Gauger seconded, motion passed. Gauger moved to pay
the bills presented, Lucey seconded, motion carried.
1.
Patrolmen and part-time wages will be discussed at next months meeting.
2. The
2007 Iowa County Humane Society agreement was discussed. Gauger motioned to sign the contract and donate $250.00 to
the Humane Society. Lucey seconded, motion passed.
3. A
list of election workers to work the 2007 elections was proposed. Lucey motioned to nominate all election workers on the list
presented. Gauger seconded, motion passed.
4.
The loan for the 2007 truck was discussed. Gauger
motioned to go with the bank that gave us the lowest interest rate for the
truck. Lucey seconded, motion carried.
Gauger
moved to adjourn, Lucey seconded, motion passed.
