ARENA PLAN COMMISSION

January 2, 2007

PRESENT: John Wright, Cheryl Schmidt, Wayne Schutte, Terry Denruiter, Rod Anding, Mark Hottmann, Bob Murphy, Bill Gauger, Dave Lucey, KayDee Maxwell

OTHERS: Ingmar Nelson, Mary Lockman

The meeting was called to order. Cheryl Schmidt moved to approve the minutes of the December 4, 2006 meeting, Schutte seconded, motion passed.

1. Ingmar Nelson asked for an extension of his building permit located between Loy and Mellum Road. His original permit was issued in January 2006. Schutte suggested giving Nelson a 6 month extension under the same conditions of the existing permit. The building permit would expire on August 1, 2007. The matter will be placed on next months agenda.

The next meeting will be held February 5, 2007 at 7:00pm at the Town Hall. Denruiter moved to adjourn, Hottmann seconded, motion passed.
