The meeting was called to order. Lucey moved to approve the minutes of the January 8, 2007 meeting, Gauger seconded, motion passed. Lucey moved to pay the bills presented, Gauger seconded, motion carried
1. Lucey motioned to extend Inmar Nelson's building permit to August 1, 2007. Guager seconded, motion passed.
2. Falmouth Stables would like to apply for a beer and liquor license to serve beer and wine to club members and guests only. Control access and key lock, no exterior signage, not open to the public, no food service. Lucey motioned to approve a Class "B" beer license for Falmouth Stables Club, LLC. Gauger seconded, motion carried.
3. Steve Sawle requested a fence along his property, which will be about 2700 feet of fencing. The Town Board will meet with Steve Sawle at Falmouth Stables on March 3, 2007.
4. Lucey motioned to approve the rezoning from A-1 to AR-1 for .83 of an acre for Sears Revocable Trust. Guager seconded, motion passed. Lucey motioned to grant a land division of DSF limited to Kelly Sears of 45.97 acres. Guager seconded, motion passed. Lucey motioned to approve a driveway permit for Kelly Sears on 45.97 acres of land. Gauger seconded, motion carried.
5. Gauger motioned to approve land division and rezoning of two parcels, 5 and 28 acres, from A-1 and R-1 to AR-1 for Dennis Halverson. Lucey seconded, motion passed.
6. Lucey motioned to approve a land division and rezone from A-1 to AR-1 for Bill and Minnie Gauger. Murphy seconded, motion carried.
7. Preliminary plans for the Reimann Road Project are ready. We will advertise for bids in the Home News, Dodgeville Chronicle and Sickle.
