ARENA PLAN COMMISSION

March 5, 2007

PRESENT: John Wright, Wayne Schutte, Terry Denruiter, Bob Murphy, Dave Lucey, KayDee Maxwell, Cheryl Schmidt, Mark Hottmann, Rod Anding

OTHERS: Ingmar Nelsonn, Roger Emerson

The meeting was called to order. Wayne Schutte moved to approve the minutes of the February 5, 2007 meeting, Denruiter seconded, motion passed.

1. Roger Emerson requested the rezoning of 5 acres on Sweeny road from A-1 to AR-1. Denruiter motioned to change the 5 acres from A-1 to AR-1. Hottmann seconded, motion carried.

The next meeting will be held April 2, 2007 at 7:00pm at the Town Hall. Wayne moved to adjourn, Anding seconded, motion passed.
