The meeting was called to order.  Roll call was taken.

Wayne motioned to approve the minutes from March 3, 2008 meeting. Murphy seconded, motion passed.

Sandy Meuer - Building permit for 5779 Blue Ridge Road. 40 acres. The Plan Commission asked Sandy to have the home site staked out so they could look at the property. They will meet on April 22 at 6:00 pm. The discussion was tabled till Mays meeting.

John Halverson - Lake Wisconsin Land Co. in Section 14, T8N, R5E.  This is the former Grant Jones farm.  The WDNR is purchasing a parcel less than 40 acres adjacent to Blue Mounds Creek and North of HWY 14 and South of the former railroad tracks.  This parcel needs to be zoned to Conservancy, C1.  The remaining parcel North of HWY 14 and South of the former railroad tracks contains the existing farm buildings and is less than 40 acres, thus it will be rezoned to AR-1.  The WDNR is also purchasing a parcel North of the former railroad tracks and this will require a land division.  Lake Wisconsin (Mike Urso and Nomn) will retain the building sites.  Wright motioned to do a land division for 109.85 acres and a second land division of 9.8 acres to be rezoned to C1.  Also, 32.8 acres will be rezoned to AR1 with a land division. The 42.8 acres north of the tracks will remain AG. Schmidt seconded, motion passed. John Halverson paid the $1000.00 fee.

John Halverson - Land owned by Janeen Ashbacher in Section 1, T7N, R1E.  This will be to straighten up some boundary overlaps and gaps with adjacent land owners which will require a rezone of her 38 acres and possibly a small portion of land owned by Kendall Wilkinson and also the 2 acres owned by James Roelke. This would be a rezone, but no land division because it involves adjacent landowners. Murphy motioned to approve the rezoning of the two parcels (lot 2, approximately 2 acres, Roelke and lot 1, 38.058 acres, Ashbacher) from A1 to AR1. Gauger seconded, motion passed. John Halverson paid the $250.00.

Evy Halverson - 1.28 acres along Highway 14.  Currently there is 50 foot stubbed in driveway from Highway 14, they want to lengthen the driveway. Schutte motioned to approve a driveway permit and a rezone to R1. Schmidt seconded, motion passed. The $750.00 fee was paid.

Steve Sawle, Falmouth Farm & Stables - Falmouth Development Corporation requests the following changes to the Falmouth Farm & Stables Planned Unit Development and Conditional Uses: 1.) New lot 23 (approximately 66 acres) is not included in the Planned Unit Development 2.) Lots 1-22 and Outlot 1 totaling approximately 640 acres to be the revised Planned Unit Development 3.) Owners of Lots 1-22 share ownership of Outlot 1 and do not share ownership of Lot 23. Owner of Lot 23 does not share ownership in Outlot 1 4.) The following Conditional Uses apply to Lot 23 (Equestrian Facility). Denruiter asked the question of how Sawle thinks taxes would work and how he thinks the zoning of RB1 works with the subdivision. Schutte motioned to approve a land division of 66 acres or less (new lot 23) so the remainder of the lot would be 640 acres (outlot 1). Murphy seconded, motion passed. Schutte motioned to approve the additional conditional uses of Agricultural uses and Residential for the PUD.  Hottmann seconded, motion passed. Sawle owes the fee of $500.
