Tracy Halverson- requested a land division on 7773 Knight Hollow Road to sell the property with one building site. The lot is 35 acres. The current zoning is A1 and it needs to be rezoned to AR1 for an Ag Residential site. Halverson has one residence now and there are 3 building sites left. Halverson will need to send a copy of the survey when complete and a driveway agreement. Murphy approved the 35 acre land division and rezone from A1 to AR1 on 7773 Knight Hollow Road. Hottmann seconded, motion passed. Halverson paid $250.00 for the rezone fee and $250.00 for the land division.

John Hackett- His land is zoned R3 and he has three horses on two parcels that total 5 acres. He was told by the County that he needs the land rezoned if he wants to have horses. Hackett requests the rezoning of his land, parcel 1 and parcel 2. The planning commission recommends that the lots are rezoned from R3 to AR1. Both lots total 5.01 acres. He then can keep up to 3 horses with no problems from the County. The discussion will be tabled till the August meeting.

Gary Ringelstetter- requests building permit for 7635 Helena Road. Originally he bought the 5 acres and put his business there. Then he bought 40 acres and built a house. He sold the 40 acres and house. Now Ringelstetter wants to build a house on the 5 acres. The current zoning of the land is commercial. The discussion will be tabled till we find out more information.
