The meeting was called to order.

Schmidt motioned to approve the minutes from January 5, 2009 meeting. Hottmann seconded, motion passed.

Jeff Hooks requesting a building and driveway permit in Helena. The lot is 2.77 acres, lot number 3. He will have driveway access from "Albany Street". Square footage of the house is 1386 feet with a non-finished basement. Murphy moved to approve a building and driveway permit for Jeff Hook's contingent on him purchasing the property. Hottmann seconded, motion passed.

Hottmann motioned to adjourn at 8:05pm. Murphy seconded, motion passed.
