Gauger moved to approve the minutes of the March 26, 2009 meeting. Denruiter seconded, motion passed.

- Public Comment: Jim Corcoran - wants to get Fitz Road seal coated. Lucey suggested the reground black top, it is more cost effective. If we were to divide the project in thirds Corcoran would want to start with the bottom part, towards the circle. The material was $10/yard last year. The board will put some priority on Fitz Road.

- Ingmar Nelson talked to a neighbor who had suggested the possibility of a nuclear plant. Dave Lucey said that is not true. Hartung's said that if they had ever got to France they would look into it. They have expressed an opinion to look at it.  Hartung's had never talked to the board about this.

- Fred & Julie Marti - They need to set aside 4 acres of waste land and 1 acre for the house. They can take as much land as they want to include in the parcel. The board took a look at the property and measured 220 from the right-of-way of the road. The board motioned to approve the building permit contingent on receiving a certified survey. Denruiter seconded, motion passed. If they want to sell their current house a minimum of 5 acres has to go with it. Gauger motioned to rezone the parcel from A1 to AR1, grant a driveway permit and a land division contingent on a certified survey map. Denruiter seconded, motion passed. They paid the $2000 fee.

- The board reviewed the job applicants for the garbage/recycling attendant position. Lucey would rather the garbage center open from 8am-Noon instead of 9am - 1pm. Residents had suggested they would like it open earlier. Gauger motioned to hire James Wirtz for the position. Denruiter seconded, motion passed. We will ask Louis his thoughts on changing the hours.

- The patrolmen worked on the bridge taking all the old nets down and put up the new nets. We are all set to go on the bridge then. The bridge lets in May. Construction on Amacher Hollow is set to start on May 1.
