Bobby & Joyce Hinds - Want to open a bed & breakfast at the Sawle farm. They need a conditional use permit. There are over 40 contiguous acres where the bed and breakfast would be located. This will be a family run business. There will be 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms and a full kitchen. Their daughter lives in the other house. The food will be catered in or someone will be there onsite to cook. They will rent out the individual rooms. They can have one (1) non-family employee. Anding motioned to approve a conditional use permit for a family owned bed & breakfast at 8637 Linely Road. Schutte seconded, motion passed. If the ownership of the bed & breakfast changes then the zoning would need to be looked at.

Discussion. Schutte said that the Plan Commission allowed a mobile home to remain on Witwer Road while June & Kevin Ziebarth built a new house. The mobile home looks to still be their and possibly in use. Gauger will ask them about removing the trailer.

Schutte said the Village of Arena board is possibly working with the PACE program with UW - Platteville students. Schutte wondered if the Town wanted to get involved?

Schutte motioned to adjourn. Murphy seconded, motion passed.
